Over the past few years, our Document Central and Document Dispatch solutions have grown steadily, especially in two key areas of functionality: The compliance part for Document Central and the eDocuments for Document Dispatch. These capabilities have become so extensive that keeping them in the core product would have required a general price increase for all customers, regardless of whether they actually use these advanced options.
To keep the basic solution both stable and affordable, we have now separated these two extensive functionalities into modular app features. This means:
• No automatic price increase for customers who only need the basic solution.
• Full flexibility for customers who want more: the new modules can be added individually as needed.
In practical terms, customers can now decide for themselves:
Use the basic solution at the existing price or activate the features if they want to benefit from the extended feature sets. This modular approach ensures that everyone only pays for the scope of services they actually need.
