Integrated Ticket System for Support, Service, and Collaboration. With this feature, Business Portals now includes a fully integrated Ticket System for the portal, app, and Business Central. Tickets can be created directly for records or independently, prioritized, assigned, and tracked transparently through to resolution. A new Ticket Center in the portal, along with search, filtering, and notifications via portal, email, or app, makes daily processing much easier. Defined handling and resolution times help ensure that requests are processed in a more predictable, reliable, and transparent way for everyone involved.HTML content such as images, lists, and formatted text as well as attachments are supported, and the app remains usable even if the backend Business Portals instance has not yet been upgraded for the Ticket System. This creates a central support process that brings information together, simplifies coordination, and noticeably improves collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams.
