• Training and support: User support and training

You should bring these skills with you

• At the start of training, a school leaving certificate (at least a technical college entrance qualification or (technical) high school diploma)
• A keen interest in IT systems, digitalization, and commercial processes
• Initial experience with hardware, software, or IT systems is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of conveying technical topics in an understandable way
• Team spirit and commitment
• Very good German and at least good English skills
