Our DMS solution helps you by automatically archiving receipts such as invoices and offers from Dynamics 365 Business Central. The direct integration in Business Central makes document filing and document access much easier for your employees, as you can do all of this with the Simova DMS directly within your familiar interface!
You can also easily store external documents such as e-mails, pictures and correspondence with customers and suppliers in a process. And thanks to metadata (descriptive keywords), all data can be found in seconds.

Extensive sorting and filtering functions in the document overview of the DMS enable documents to be sorted according to criteria such as: B. year, document type, version or even the filed user. In the individual columns, searches can be made directly and filter options can be set.
Classification of documents using metadata
Metadata is automatically recorded for documents in line with the process, can be added manually or dynamically proposed as a selection list using configuration.
A comprehensive document search integrated in Business Central enables searches using metadata and document classification. Documents can be found quickly and easily in the system using metadata. The search mask gives you the option of jumping directly to the linked document.
Document return via barcode and file name
Documents can be returned using barcode labels, directly printed barcodes or QR codes via incoming lists. A return is also possible with metadata in the file name. The return can take place automatically or by visual inspection in the incoming list. Barcodes generated from Business Central are acknowledged when they are returned.
Automatic archiving of generated reports by shadow printing in PDF / A
If reports are printed by users, a PDF in PDF/A format can be automatically stored in the archive in the background. The shadow printing can also be activated by events in a document conversion / booking.
This eliminates the need to manually convert and store the documents.
Standard interface to DPS & EDS
In order to guarantee you an optimal flow of information and data, we have developed the extensions "DMS to DPS" and "DMS to EDS", which connect our systems with one another.
Simply transfer the data from your document management system to the DPS portal solution, for example, to make files available for download directly from a web portal - directly from Business Central.
Send documents from your DMS easily and automatically with our EDS solution, create intelligent rules for sending - also directly in Business Central.
