The Dortmund-based company Simova GmbH relies on an international partner network for the distribution of its Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-on modules. The Hamburg-based COSMO CONSULT GmbH has now been added to this network. Together they offer customers holistic solutions for their business software.
COSMO CONSULT GmbH (located in Hamburg) will distribute the Simova Add-On CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). As an additional module, CTI connects Microsoft Dynamics NAV with the telephone system, giving users direct insight into information about the conversation partner during incoming and outgoing calls. They can set up the type and scope of the information displayed individually, for example open payments, current offers or other details.
The COSMO CONSULT GmbH is part of the COSMO CONSULT group, which is one of the worldwide leading Microsoft Dynamics partners with 40 locations. The group has specialized in business software solutions for medium-sized and large companies from the manufacturing industry, service and trade sectors. Like Simova GmbH, COSMO CONSULT attaches great importance to solutions that are implemented quickly and safely.
