New dimensions of freedom - digital customer portal relieves service workload
With DPS by Simova the fifth and last Simova base solution is now available in AppSource!
DPS by Simova makes it possible to create a customer portal in which specific information or documents from Business Central can be made available around the clock anywhere in the world. End customers can retrieve this data on demand, thus significantly reducing the service effort for the portal operator.
With the brand new version DPS 2.0, the complete portal becomes a Customer Portal-as-a-Service. The portal itself is hosted in the operator's Azure environment, so local installations on a server or similar are no longer necessary. The entire configuration of the portal takes place in the Business Central interface.
DPS has been placed on a completely new technological basis over the last nine months. DPS 2.0 thus offers many new functionalities compared to the "previous version" DPS 1.0.
Putting DPS on the new technology base and implementing all the new functionalities we had in mind in parallel was one of the biggest challenges we have ever faced at Simova.
