Dortmund-based software company brings Dynamics NAV customers on their way to the digital future.


Since 2015, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV for short) users who shy away from the topic of digitizing business processes will find the right contact person in Dortmund: Simova GmbH accelerates the workflows of its customers by implementing future-oriented NAV add-ons.

As a subsidiary of the renowned tegos GmbH Dortmund, the company builds on years of expertise in the development and distribution of Dynamics NAV solutions. Christian Haase and Michael Pardulla, themselves long-time employees of tegos GmbH, as well as Andreas Kullmann, founder and managing director of tegos, have focused on the development of add-on solutions with the foundation of their company.

With its add-ons, Simova brings its customers safely into the digital future,"says Andreas Kullmann. Whoever relies on digital strategies now remains competitive in the long term.

The portfolio of the young company includes solutions for numerous business processes: whether linking the telephone system with Customer Relationship Management (CTI), paperless and convenient collaboration within the company (DMS), the cross-company provision of data via web portals (DPS) or the automatic sending of business documents such as invoices and offers (EDS) - Simova supports digital business processes competently and independent of industry sectors.

"Our solutions can largely be customized by configuration. We try to reduce the degree of individual development as much as possible. The aim is to offer standardized products,"says Michael Pardulla. All solutions can be easily integrated into existing processes - be it the Dynamics NAV standard or any other NAV industry solution."

"By our requirement to offer standardized products, we have also the possibility of extending the solutions early by our product development by relevant functions, Christian Haase says. These include, for example, the integration of SharePoint Online (O365) with the DMS or the extension of EDS to include the ZUGFeRD data model."

With meanwhile nine employees, Simova GmbH continues to grow. Thanks to its industry independence, the company is always on the lookout for new sales and technology partners who can place its innovative solutions in other industries. When developing and optimizing add-ons, Simova works closely with customers and partners to understand and support the modern IT requirements of companies.
