Since the end-of-life programme for Skype for Business was completed on 31 July 2021, we have received countless enquiries from partners, customers and interested parties as to whether and when a connection from Microsoft Teams to our CTI solution is possible.
After almost two years - although it should be noted that this wait was not caused by Simova - the time has finally come: We can proudly announce the Microsoft Teams Connection for CTI by Simova!
In addition to Teams Connection, the new release version of CTI offers many other innovations that significantly speed up and improve the setup and handling of CTI.

A checklist on the CTI Administrator Role Center guides the administrator through the complete installation & configuration for telephony integration. From documentation and licensing to download and automatic setup of the CTI Tray application, all necessary setup steps are run through.
