Simova GmbH does not assume any warranty for the programs installed on your computer, as well as their productive devices (virus scanner or firewall). Simova GmbH accepts no liability for any malfunctions not caused by Simova GmbH, even if they are close to the support provided. Simova GmbH assures you that our employees are sufficiently trained and familiar with the duties of confidentiality and due diligence.
Remote maintenance is carried out in accordance to §11 BDSG.
Please note that this service is only available for you during our business hours after consulation with our staff by telephone or in writing.
Without your express consent, the employee cannot see on your PC.
Without your express consent, the employee cannot work with you.
It is not possible to remove data from your PC without your knowledge and authorization.
You can end the shared session at any time.
