Process security is a key factor for all companies and Flow Path offers the possibility to mark entries as critical. This functionality blocks the conversion or posting process until the critical entry is finished.
Flow Path creates and updates a transparent history for all entries so that all involved parties always know the current status of the entry and which work steps have been performed by which user.
Entries are always process-related. A direct relation makes it easier for users to know where to start and who is responsible.
Catalogs and templates for reoccurring tasks, questions and information accelerate the daily work for Flow Path users.
Predefined task packages on how to process Business Central records make it easy to get to know the work steps for new employees in the onboarding process.
Flow Path can generate cards in Microsoft Teams so that the responsible user can answer assigned questions directly in the Microsoft Teams interface. The answer will be synchronized back to Business Central.
